Facilities

Two industrial sites. Two legal jurisdictions.

Strata does not rent space in someone else's data center. Both sites sit inside operating industrial assets the group owns, with generation behind the meter and an operator on the ground.

Why owning the site changes the offer

Speed. Neither site is waiting on an interconnection queue. Capacity is energized in weeks, which means a pilot can start this quarter rather than after a capital cycle.

Accountability. The same organization owns the fuel, the generation, the hall and the machines. When something goes wrong there is one operator to call, not a three-way conversation between a utility, a landlord and a cloud.

Cost. Both sites sit at the production end of the energy value chain — a Permian gas position in Texas, and one of the most energy-efficient refineries in the world in Denmark. That is a structural position, not a promotional rate.

On addresses

Strata does not publish a corporate headquarters address while the operating structure is being finalized. Site locations are as described. Correspondence should go to the addresses on the contact page.
